Hours of Operation: The Spa at The MODERN

The Spa at The Modern Honolulu is located on the second floor across from the fitness center. Monday-Thursday: 10am-8pm, Friday-Saturday: 9am-8pm, Sunday: 10am-6pm.

Appointments and Reservations:

To ensure availability of desired time, treatment, or therapist, we strongly encourage scheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Group treatments will require additional advance notice. All reservations are subject to availability and are secured with a major credit card. Walk-in appointments are welcome and we will take every measure to accommodate your requests.

Additional Charges:

There will be a 20% gratuity added to all services unless directed otherwise. All services, treatments, gratuities, service charges and retail items are subject to Hawaii state taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

Our therapists and services are arranged and secured specifically for your treatment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 6 hours notice. Noshows and any treatments cancelled less than 6 hours before your appointments will be charged in full. Any group or package treatments cancelled without 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

Check-in:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment in order to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals are not guaranteed an extension of time in order to deliver the full service of the original booking and will still be charged in full.

Wardrobe and belongings:

No specific attire is needed so you may wear what you wish upon your arrival. Robes are provided in the Locker Rooms for your comfort. The Spa at The MODERN Honolulu is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.

Minor Policy:

The Spa at The MODERN Honolulu is for guests 16 years of age and older. Nail Salon services within the spa are available for all Guests.
