Assistant Director of Housekeeping

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Director of Housekeeping to be responsible for the planning, organization, development and direction for the operation of the Housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state and local standards.

Responsibilities

  • - Directs Housekeeping department and a commercial laundry account in the fulfillment of project assignments within budget, with quality and on schedule
  • - Supervises a staff which involves direct and indirect responsibilities for interviewing, selection, training motivating, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal, developing policies and developing procedures to ensure achievement of goals
