Accounting Clerk

This is an accounting generalist position that will assist with all facets of accounting to include accounts receivable and special projects.

  • Administer guest, wholesale, group and catering billing including preparation of invoices, maintaining files, contracts, resolving inquiries, following up on outstanding deposits due and chargeback inquiries.
  • Facilitate monthly credit meetings with Director of Finance, General Manager and Director of Revenue.
  • Prepare and track commission payments.
  • Assist with the month end close process, and including journal entry preparation.
  • Reconcile guest ledgers, all accounts receivable ledgers, returned credit cards, advance deposits, gift certificates and other accounts as assigned.
  • Participate in the periodic inventory procedures.
  • Assist General Cashier with bank audits.
  • Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports; performs variance analysis.
  • Adherence to accounting controls, policies and procedures.
