Deliver faxes, incoming/outgoing mail to various hotel departments. Log parcel information on to a daily journal which serves a communication tool to other Guest Experience Runners. Take inventory of guest room amenities in storage closet. Deliver guest’s laundry daily. Ensure the business center is well stocked with office items necessary for guests to use when using the services provided by the hotel. Maintenance of Keurig Coffee Makers, tea kettles, refrigerators and microwaves for guest use. Prepare coffee and tea sets. Perform all other duties as assigned.

A Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all Food and Beverage areas, to include Dish Rooms, Main Kitchen, Bake Shop, Food and Beverage Cold and Dry Storage, Poolside Pantries, and Banquet Food Service Areas. A Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness and remedying of any safety hazards of all Food and Beverage Floors. They must ensure all Food and Beverage Trash is Recycled and disposed of properly. A Steward is held accountable for opening and closing the Team Member Cafeteria, and the stocking and removal of various serving equipment for sanitation and cleanliness.



  • 1-2 years of experience in an independent restaurant culinary operation or food and beverage operation of a hotel required.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Must speak, read and write clearly in English
  • Must be able to carry/lift up to 60 lbs as necessary, throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to push up to 500 lbs.
  • Must be able to pull a cart that weighs up to 250 lbs.
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule to include AM’s, PM’s, Overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Uniform Attendant/Seamstress

Responsible for overseeing the effective operation of the Uniform Room as well as alter and repair employee uniforms, lines, curtains, drapes, pillows, bedding, guest clothing per request and any other reasonable repair task requested by the Housekeeping Manager. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimal supervision. Sewing ability, an artistic eye and good design sense are valuable assets in this job completion. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to interact with all guests, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy in line with property’s service standards. Must have solid knowledge and experience in fitting, altering, repairing uniforms and operating sewing machine. Physical Demands – During the majority of the shift, must be able to: perform repetitive hand and are movements; Able to lift, pull, push up to 20 pound; Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. 



High School graduate or equivalent vocational training, prior Seamstress/Uniform Attendant preferred but not required.
