Assist with effectively resolving guest issues related to enforcing hotel policies. Responsible for understanding all special offers, promotions and discounts available to prospective guests (as well as the restrictions and any qualifications of each offer). Ensure that all reservation requests are processed within 24 hours. As needed, support rate code configuration and package code loading in property management system and distribution systems. As needed, assist with commission verification process and rectify any commission disputes. As needed, answer reservations calls and provide coverage for reservations shifts. Provide feedback/recommendations to the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms, and Director of Sales and Marketing to execute strategies and maximize revenue for the hotel. Attend necessary meetings and participates in scheduled training sessions.
