Act as primary reservations contact for all meeting planners, group sales and catering conference sales team. Assist the Director of Revenue with executing reports, analyzing revenue management strategies, evaluating pricing, evaluating group requests, and managing OTA and e-commerce accounts. Assist Director of Revenue with updating inventory, rates, and restrictions in all distribution systems and with managing distribution system interfaces. Assist with effectively resolving guest issues related to enforcing hotel policies. Responsible for understanding all special offers, promotions and discounts available to prospective guests (as well as the restrictions and any qualifications of each offer). Ensure that all reservation requests are processed within 24 hours. As needed, support rate code configuration and package code loading in property management system and distribution systems. As needed, assist with commission verification process and rectify any commission disputes. As needed, answer reservations calls and provide coverage for reservations shifts. Provide feedback/recommendations to the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms, and Director of Sales and Marketing to execute strategies and maximize revenue for the hotel. Attend necessary meetings and participates in scheduled training sessions. Have a working knowledge of the Front Desk, Sales, and Conference Services and how the departments relate to Reservations and Revenue Management. Perform other related duties and special projects as requested.

A Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all Food and Beverage areas, to include Dish Rooms, Main Kitchen, Bake Shop, Food and Beverage Cold and Dry Storage, Poolside Pantries, and Banquet Food Service Areas. A Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness and remedying of any safety hazards of all Food and Beverage Floors. They must ensure all Food and Beverage Trash is Recycled and disposed of properly. A Steward is held accountable for opening and closing the Team Member Cafeteria, and the stocking and removal of various serving equipment for sanitation and cleanliness.



  • 1-2 years of experience in an independent restaurant culinary operation or food and beverage operation of a hotel required.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Must speak, read and write clearly in English
  • Must be able to carry/lift up to 60 lbs as necessary, throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to push up to 500 lbs.
  • Must be able to pull a cart that weighs up to 250 lbs.
